It must be less than 165 lbs. Second, look at the back panel of your TV. If your TV has 4 holes or 6 holes on the back of the screen, measure the vertical and horizontal distance between the holes. If the vertical distance is within 2.95 inch to 18.5 inch, horizontal distance within 28 inch, then this bracket will fit. If you currently have a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed prior to fit the wall mount. Third, the width of your TV should be 37" or above. Otherwise the mount is too wide to hide behind your TV.

This Flat Panel Mount Fits most TVs or Monitors from 37 up to 63 inch (check VESA and weight). It Built-in bubble leveler. The mount can be mounted to any studs up to 30" apart. Will This mount Fit my Plasma TV?Always check the weight of your TV. It must be less than 165 lbs.Check your TV's owner's manual for mounting guidelines. You'll see the word "VESA" followed by numbers, which tells you how far apart the holes on the bracket or TV are in millimeters. For example, VESA 200x100 means that the holes are in a rectangle, with two sides measuring 100mm (about 4 inch) and two sides measuring 200mm (about 8 inch). You should be able to find that information in the owner's manual, or you can measure the holes yourself . If the vertical distance is within 18" inch, horizontal distance within 28" inch, then this mount will fit. Next, measure your screen is wider and taller than the mount, otherwise the mount can not be hidden behind the TV. Your TV should be at least 32 inch wide. This mount is VideoSecu brand.
